Texstyle Club Return & Exchange Policy

At Texstyle Club, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind after purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange your item, subject to the conditions below.

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

• You have proof of purchase (i.e., the invoice received with your order).
  

• The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
  

• The product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  

Important Note on Hygiene-Critical Products

Due to hygiene reasons, quilts, pillows, toppers, mattress protectors, and pillow protectors cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly make sure you choose these products carefully before completing your purchase.

We will promptly exchange the product if:

• You received the wrong product or wrong size.
  

• The product was damaged upon arrival.
  

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

1. Email us at sales@texstyleclub.com with your Order Number and reason for return/exchange.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
